Proposals Due

There was a flurry of last minute changes going on to a number of proposals today.  All of the proposals had to be submitted by noon today to be considered for submittal to the Local Review Team.  We received seventy proposals by the deadline.  We are now planning to go through the proposals to see if they comply with all of the design specifications and are complete.
